The metal fabrication facilities at SignTec have been greatly enhanced following significant investment in new state-of-the-art technology. Installation of a DURMA AD-E40-120 press brake machine coupled with a DURMA SB 4006 NT guillotine now provides a four metre-wide metal forming and cutting capability to meet the latest requirements of the sign trade. Apart from eliminating hitherto familiar problems like whip up, dishing and bowing, the press brake machine accommodates a wider range of sign fabrication applications involving stainless steel, aluminium and other specialist materials. All trade requirements are undertaken by SignTec's dedicated team of highly skilled metal fabricators and completed to stringent certified industry standards.

Built-up Fabricated Letters

Built-up letters in either stainless steel or aluminium are CNC-cut and fabricated to exacting standards of craftsmanship. Formats include flat face, rim and return and rimless. Suitable for multiple signage applications, metal fabricated letters are especially effective when illuminated or halo-illuminated.

Letters can be supplied in any BS/RAL colour.
