SignTec has taken another giant step forward in its sign fabrication capabilities by installing the latest four metre-wide press brake machine and complementary guillotine system.

Installation of the new DURMA AD-E40-120 four metre-wide press brake, coupled with the four metre-wide DURMA SB 4006 NT guillotine, will greatly increase SignTec’s production capabilities as well as a further enhance the high quality of its finished products. The press brake, in particular, has been designed to offer greater operator control over the handling of materials during all stages of the production process whilst virtually eliminating familiar problems like whip up, dishing and bowing. It will be used extensively for a wide range of sign fabrication applications, including folded trays, panel work and general fabrication requirements involving stainless steel, aluminium and other specialist materials, all of which are handled by SignTec’s team of skilled fabricators.
